A Feast of Crows
So for those who enjoy the works of George R.R. Martin the official release is out for A Feast of Crows.
What I wouldn't give to be able to transpose the world of Fire and Ice into Dominons. That would truly be an inspiring game to play in. |
Re: A Feast of Crows
And for once, being in France is actually an advantage: the first third of A Feast of Crowns has been available for one year at least, and the second third might also be out as I am typing those lines.
Of course, the last third is not available at the moment, and all those thirds are *expensive*, but still. A high willpower is so useful to avoid giving in to the temptation of reading the translation instead of the original text... |

Hopefully a gifted modder might get intrested in such a project. |
Re: A Feast of Crows
Sadly, I started reading the book in hebrew, so switching to english will be very hard to do (since I won't know how anyone is called because of the spelling and its hard after reading in another language), so I'll have to wait a year or so for a badly done translation :/
The mod shouldn't be so hard to make, since there are only humans in the book (except for Dainriz's[remember I don't know how to spell names] dragons, and maybe the Others and those Mammothish things). And on that note, The Hitchhiker's Guide To The Galaxy is out, and its pretty good, while not accurate, it keeps the spirit of the book. Now go see it. Seriously, see it now. I want to see a "The Restaurant At The End Of The Universe" movie, so go see it and give them some financial reasons to make it. See it. |

But the translation of fantasy literature to hebrew are (again my opinion) just plain bad. Don't know if this mod is easily done but I will most definitely enjoy one http://forum.shrapnelgames.com/images/smilies/happy.gif |

And I know that hewbrew translations are really bad, that's exactly why I don't read any more books in hebrew, whenever someone in my family goes to the united states (which is quite often) I ask them to get me some of those cheap paper-back books. |
Re: A Feast of Crows
It's on GRRM's site; he just didn't update the date on the main page. Click 'About AFfC', then click the link at the end.
