New Map, version 0.5

I have been tinkering with this map idea, and thought I would see if there is much interest in a finished version of it.
Issues that should be fixed in a later versions: *An island for every nation. *Draw some of the provinces (particularly Mackaka's) bigger. Issues I'm not sure what to do about: *The farms of plenty in the middle seem to not be working. I'm reluctant to put pop in the province, but I don't want armies there to starve. *Flying is very good. Perhaps a mod increasing the price of flying boots and everything flying (a lot of work). Also, Huzurdaddi suggested making an inaccessible nation that could cast perpetual storm at the start of the game. |

The Farm of Plenty did not work under 2.15, so I guess it hasn't been fixed with 2.16; let me add that to the known issues list.

How many provinces does the map have ?? I've always been a big fan of the huge maps = 300+ provinces. Perhaps adding a readme.txt file with details and map history would add flavor to the map too. |

I think that to get supply bonus the province has to have some minimum amount of population. Try setting the supply-site provinces to 1500 people or so, and have a growth-increasing site in there. You can also try making the population worth as little as bossible, by making the provinces Swamps or something that gives you next to nothing, and use #clearsites to get rid of the possible random sites.
