Null Recruitable Unit Mod

While making my utilities I realized I was in need of a null recruitable unit mod for all the recruitable national units. So I had to write a program (got it done just a few mins ago) to create such a thing.
Of course this is only useful to modders as, barring errors, when enabled this should not alter the base game at all. I ended up basing it on Edi's databases and a couple of calculations where necessary. I had noted a few errors (changes perhaps?) in Edi's databases that I corrected but there may be others. Let me know if you find any errors in this mod and I will correct them. I've included all the stats, the unit names, and equipment. I've left out all the other special characteristics. Figures... last guy on the list gets removed. Ironically the bug was because he was being read twice... not skipped http://forum.shrapnelgames.com/images/smilies/happy.gif.
