Speed of messages at screen bottom

The messages at screen bottom....Are these controlled by "Message Delay"?
I have mine all the way down but they still seem kinda slow to me during Tank Vs Tank or Tank Vs Infrantry.
especially with hits or ricochets.
Infrantry vs Infrantry is fine.
I didnt see anything in the .INI file

Yes, those message delays are controlled by the Message delay slider in the game preferences screen. That's the only control. I had been starting to think they were a bit long as well but assumed it was becasue I had been looking at them too long. We may be able to speed it up a bit
