Preview at Groovalicious Games

My initial impression of the game, formed merely by looking at some screenshots and descriptions, was that it would be rather blah and boring. Having played it, though, I would now say that it's surprisingly addictive. What they've done is really rather clever, allowing the player to focus more on the worth of each individual unit, and the meaning and utility of each specific move. The AI, such as it is, presents little challenge, but online matchmaking for 1v1 battles could alleviate that drawback. At the very least, Tiny Hero is showing themselves to have a keen idea of what makes a game fun rather than flashy, and they could be one to watch.
