Strange things

I had 3 ships in my fleet i forgot which race i meet but they declared war on my after 2 turns then i demanded them to surrender to see what they would say they did they had 30 more ships then i did how come they surrender so fast??

I would guess that you are Mega-Evil Empire at this time in your game. Thus the quick declaration of war. MEE typically means that you have 500K points or more. I would guess that the alien had less than 10% of your score. Most AI's will surrender when your score is 1000% of theirs. Ships are only one factor in the score. Production, research, intellegence points and tech levels also contribute points
