Ship Control & Data Panel

Section 4: Location & Bearing.
The last two graphics in Section 4 show the vessel's facing, as well as the wind aspect.
They don't match up with what I see when I look at the ship on the Map.

Once I got past the Tutorials, it seems to work OK.
