Bug (is this where I put it?)

I got in a war, and mostly won. At least, I exterminated the buggers whereever I could find them.

They would periodically threaten me, say there were going to launch an offensive, etc. I mostly ignored them

Then I was checking an uncolonized world in one of the systems I conquored, and noticed that the moon was colonzied by my enemy. But in the main (solar system) map, there was no indication (the little flag thing) that the world was colonized.

This is a undocumented feature that planets have the ability to hide the ownership status, colonizability, etc of thier moons from normal view. This has been discussed before and I am sure that MM is aware of it

The galaxy map however shows the presense of other races even if the system map is not showing the little flags because they're hidden. Anytime you are in a system with any race present, the galaxy map shows a little triangle instead of the circle when no one else is present. I ue this alot and when the triangle is there and I can not readily see the cause, I check those moons.
