Vision ratings
Does anyone know how vision ratings work in game mechanics. A Chinese type 80-i with vision of 35 cannot see through smoke, but a M1A1's Vision of 40 can. Is there a 'smoke density' factor as smoke ages that lets lesser vision systems begin to see through fog/smoke?
Also related, in a visibility 3 scenario (night I assume), would not a vision 40 (with presumed thermal imagers) essentially see all infantry? Comments? |
