Fighter supplies
I was testing a fighter design and I noticed that the stack was limited to the supplies for 1 ship ie 1 fighter has 200 supplies, 100 fighters only last 2 turns using 1 supply weapons each turn. Is this part of the simmulator or will it happen in real combat?. If this is covered in the newbie FAQ then I missed it.

In CBmod, I made fighters with 450 supplies each, and two 250-supply missile launchers.
In stacks of 3, they'd launch 5 missiles. |

It's a simulator bug. To get fighters to have full supplies in the simulator, you need to put them on something that can launch them (carrier, carrier base, or planet) using the Cargo screen, rather than starting them in space.
