H-button wrong?

In the game when I press the H-key the will not displayed the headquarters menu despite the icon.

Is there a way to use the H for the headquarters and to implement a "Ctrl-H" for the unit menu?
Or at least a short cut to the headquarters menu?

Now fixed in the patch. Pressing H will give you the HQ menu and pressing J will give you the unit roster screen ( that's the one that used to appear when you pressed H )
