Planet value

Does anyone know if a ship with a reduce planet value ability on it will reduce the value of a planet it is parked over?

A ship with remote mining equipment can reduce the value of the planets it orbits.

A facility with the value change ability reduces the value of the planet it is on.

Ships do not have value, so the value change ability does not have any affect when placed on ships.

SEIV Modding 101 contains a chapter on Abilities, which contains information on which file various abilities are valid in.
