ATF: Windows installer problem
 

I have tried to install ATF on Windows xp home sp2 and i received the following message "configuration data of the product are damaged.contact personal support".
The same program with the same pc but with a a new account in order to try if the product is damaged installs itself with no problem?!?
Can you help me?

Sorry for the problems.

Are you working with the demo or release version of ATF?

Either way, make sure that the "user" you are using which doesn't work has full administrator privilleges. Otherwise, the install might fail.

If this is not it, please send a screen shot of the settings for this user to:

techsupport@prosimco.com

and we will get to work on the problem.

I have a release version of ATF.It works with another account with full administartor privileges which I have created to play.But I do not understand why with previous account (The old one!) it doesn't work.I can send a screenshoot of comand "control userpassword2" to verify my previleges.
