Stealth giving items ?
 

I guess I can simply thumb through the manual again and read up on all available items but that still wouldn't give me all the info I can get here http://forum.shrapnelgames.com/images/smilies/wink.gif

Are there any items available (or any other means) who give a Commander the Stealth ability ?

No, there's no items, no spells, nothing to give stealth.
Surely the devs thought it would be *so* abusable they didn't give any means to empower stealthiness on creatures that don't have it.

then you could just make all your scs stealthy and give em black hearts
