Crediting map designer?

I'm working on a scenario and would like to use one of the custom maps included in the game. I'd like to credit the map designer but don't know who it is. It's map #228 "German Countryside".

For all my fellow SP gamers, if you haven't yet, you should take a look through the custom maps in the game. There are some masterpieces! Many aren't associated with a scenario, but the amount of time & effort devoted to these deserves some kudos. Well done you guys!!!
