Luck Scale: Influence of other Scales on Events?

How big is the influence of the other scales on the range of possible random events? We know that scales influence the range of possible events, but to what extent?

I am encountering a lucky streak in a current games as Machaka with the Order3, Productivity3, Heat3, Growth2, Luck0, Magic2. The game uses the Complete Conceptual Balance Mod 5.0a, which, of course, increases Luck-Events in general.

Thus far, in umodded games, I usually took Luck1 or Luck2 (because of the moral impacts of bad events on myself rather than efficency), but never got that lucky. However, I usually took inferior scales either (Order2-3, Sloth3, Luck1-2, Magic1-3, sometimes Death).

So how big is the impact of scales on the range of luck events (apart from the obvious impact of order on the frequency). E.g. does Productivity3 prohibit quite a lot of bad events and allows many good events which are impossible with Productivity0 or -3? What do we know about it, apart from the range of possible events, once listed on some website?

I know very little about the *exact* requirements of most events. I've added in green in the "events list" all what I know :

I have run a testgame with all the nations having luck 3 scales and various other scales up to turn 400 and here are some of the findings:

to get the caspar of the cave event you dont need magic.

to get water gems from events you need a coastal province.

the fortified city seems to need an order scale.

the hill fortress event probably needs certain scales too, none showed up in the testgame.

Sunray's info is the most complete info I've ever seen. I dont have any more info other than anecdotal evidence from games I've played. Mostly just that magical events are more common when I had a magic scale.

Having luck and death simultaneously can result in a rash of free necromancers joining (or being "persuaded" to join) your forces. Death scale is also required for the events where a necromancer attacks your provinces.

I believe that a death scale is also required for the 1500 gold event where a foreign prince visits your capital then dies.

its possible that the scale in the province where it happened wasn't yet alligned with that of the pretender? (it takes time once your influence gets into that area.)

no, by chance the event actually happened on turn 400 in a province with luck 3 heat 3.

In fact the only nation that didnt get a deepest cave event was ermor with death 3 luck 3.
