Population load glitch
Yesterday had an interesting occurance. I'm one of 'those peeps' that puts a Storage Base in orbit over my fully populated (read - startup) planets to siphon off pop to offload onto new colonies. One of these (empty) refused to load pop suddenly (after sucessfully doing this for some time) whilst the others functioned normally.

Re: Population load glitch
I had something slightly similar but it was my own fault, if it was everything else and just this one not working, probably it is a error and I cant help, but otherwise make sure that planet is ok, it could of been rioting or doing something else that affects production for just one turn... or maybe if you play with intel your opponent did cargo bomb?

Re: Population load glitch
The planet wasn't plagued, was it? Plagued planets are quarantined and can't offload population.

Re: Population load glitch
Figured it out! The base was set on Repeat Orders that had nothing to do with the base! Du'oh! I have no clue as to how that happened!

Re: Population load glitch
Probably accidentally hit 'k' at some point, which toggles repeat orders. Right next to 'l', so its easy to do.
