anyone ever made a large map before?

I'm in the process of adding the warp lines for our Star Wars SF map (354 systems) and it is long and tedious work. Anyone ever done something like this and have any shortcuts that may help?

Highest I did was around 194 systems.

No particular trick to it, sadly. I will note that you can place the map files in their own directory, which cuts down on the mod clutter a LOT. Just make a maps folder, and in campaigndata.txt, when it asks for filename apend Maps\ to the front of every map filename.

Oh hey! That's good to know. I bet that works for most other items too then... Cool. thanks. That will be handy later on I'm sure.

Also I had the quadrant map planned on grid paper. It was easy to look up the system coordinates from there. Also I marked the system entrances to the plan so that the warp points would work as they should. And finally I had entrance number 2 a "test "in every system which made testing easier.
