Yet Another \"Wish List\" Item
In working on scenario design I often wish that there was a way to playtest a scenario myself with all units visible -- even where one side may be computer controlled. This seems to me to possibly be of great assistance when trying to code the AI to do things -- you can watch its turn play out as it happens, then if required, tweak, try again, etc. I guess it would have to be a feature within the editor?
I would think this would not be too terribly difficult, but who knows -- this engine is mighty touchy! |

If I'm understanding correctly, you merely set each side to 'computer' when you go to play (test) the scenario. If you hit the spacebar during a turn, the game will stop after the turn is done and you can view the progress. Beeg |
