Sniper rifle accuracy standardization
 

In oobs 2, 5, 12, 14, 25, 29, 35, 36, 37, 38, 44, 51, 81, 82, 83, 85, 87, 89 and 90 the generic sniper rifle has an accuracy rating of 15. All other oobs have acc. 30.

Which one is the correct value for such a weapon? This does affect the calculated accuracy of sniper units and sniper rifle equipped infantry.
