Download - how long to wait!?

Hello there! I just ordered this excellent game about 10 or 15 minutes ago... the tracking page says the order has been "shipped" but no download link has appeared in my inbox yet. Is this normal or what? How long does it usually take? I'm going mad with desire to play the full version of this game!

You may want to check your SPAM filter. Typically it takes 30 seconds to get the download email at most. I have received them with 5 seconds before.
