I heard a story on the radio a while ago about the government munitions 'factory' (which is probably where this picture was taken). They talked about 'accidents' and said "If you hear the bomb hit the ground, you are gonna survive." Meaning that 'accidents' with bombs tend to be too quick to even allow an "Oh, [censored]!" moment before you die. And just how fast do you expect to be able to run anyway?
