Fuzzy Ships
 

You know all those ship types the terrans have that you can't buy? I think I'll take a crack at writing what I call "fluff" for them, just in case someone wants to make the ships purchasable.

Terran Cruiser 2: Originally designed to replace the Terran Destroyer, the Terran Light Cruiser eventually changed focus and enlarged the hull to be a small cruiser. This vessel has the speed of a destroyer with marginally more protection and broadside missile armaments that make this ship perfect for customs and escort duties. Due to its larger price tag, it never succeeded in replacing the Terran Destroyer as a Neutral System staple.

Terran Battlecruiser: The Terran Battlecruiser was first concieved during the Terran-Xiati war, and was first employed nearing its conclusion. It sacraficed broadside armaments for improved protection and hull space, favoring the Terran preference of chase weaponry for attacks that expose the least of a ship.

Anyone eslse think we were talking fuzzy as in hairy ships with a "fur" texture.... yeah. but thats still coolthough.

Thanks on the coolness. It's a joke on the term "Fluff".

"Fluff" is information that has no bearing on actual play, and usually pertains to background or explaination. I've made these ships fluffy http://forum.shrapnelgames.com/images/smilies/happy.gif
