Resource display problem.
 

I'm playing a PBEM game with a friend, it's been going for about 40 to 50 turns, since patch2 in fact. He processes the turns and updated to patch 1.3 recently. Since then My resources have been showing as 0 for each. I know I have resources because I only recently got a 'queue halted due to lack of resources' message. The problem is that I can't refit my ships........ I have recently become MEE, so i would like to modernise. Any ideas how I can fix this because I don't want to restart the game.

The same thing happened to me! I lost a crapload of stored up minerals too.
The only thing I can think of, that happened at exactly the same turn it started, was getting into a subjugation treaty with a neutral, which I had never done before.
I'm waiting for my turn today to see if it's fixed, as I canceled my treaty.

The save game files usually are not compatible from patch to patch. The only way to avoid restarting would be to reinstall the Version you started the game with. If you don't still have save games from before the upgrade, even that won't work.

I'm good again.
Just don't make any protectorate or subjection treaties with any neutrals and you should be fine.

That could well be it. I made a protectorate treaty about the same time the problem started.

Unfortunately I posted off my latest turn moments before i read your message. Deleted this turns .gam file as well...... That'll teach me to be tidy.
