Shield Regen Problem

I just tried putting shield regenerators on sat's, and I can't get them to work.
I looked again, and noticed it used up 10 supplies, so I put a supply storage component on the sat. And it still doesn't work.
Anyone have any ideas?

IIRC these thing do not work on Sats, Fighters, Troops.

Search the old Messages for info about that !
