can not install new patch

I keep getting a message that say I have an incorect Version and to re-install from the CD, then install the patch. But, I tried that, and it stilll doesn't work. Any ideas?

You might have deleted the file and directory via windows add/remove in the control panel then reinstall the disk and then the patch. That might work.
I had no problem installing mine from 1.30.
