Looking for new mods
 

I'm a Proportions fan, so I was wondering if there are other mods out there that have the 3 more importants things I like in proportions:
1- Slow gameplay: you cannot replicate your homeworld, slow building rate in spaceyard facilities.
2- Population: slow reproduction (1/10) and heavy weight (1000kt)
3- Cultural centers, or city like facilities.

Gritty Economics, Invasion and Carrier battles spring to mind.

AIC mod - based on Proportions, but made for challenging play against the AI, and with various other changes.
