Join "Low Tech Mod Test Game #1" over at http://seiv.pbw.cc !!! http://forum.shrapnelgames.com/images/smilies/laugh.gif
Please choose "rock" for your homeworld type (the game description explains why), and don't forget to download the mod:

and use it to create your .emp file!
