Rarely encountered bug with SEIV

now, i'm sure this sort of situation is quite rare. So rare infact that it may not even be nessesary to post it. But it is a bug with SEIV none-the-less so I thought I post.

The situation:
-multiple user logins on WinXP
-multiple monitors

If you have 2 monitors installed and on, SEIV on one. Switch users and disconnect one of the monitors, when you go back to the original user and try to continue a game of SEIV it generates an Access Violation error as soon as you try to click on any button.

A very rare occurrance, but something that I do every day because of my work computer.

Not even sure if it's worth posting but, like I said, it is a bug of some sort.

Oh, and I'm running v1.94.

I don't think you can really fault a game for not being tolerant of hardware changes, while the game is running no less.

With the ability to save in the middle of even PBW turns, at least you can work around it.

Oh yes, I am VERY thankful for being able to save my turn before completing now. Thanks for that.

And I don't fault the game at all. My point was just to mention it, nothing more.

I know that this is a pretty specialized situation that most people probably won't ever encounter. It just took me a couple of days to figure out what was happening, as I go through this sort of setting/hardware change every day at work.

It did get me thinking that if Star Fury II (if and when it is made) supported multiple monitors then I could set up 2 side monitors to display the port/starboard views of the ship. Now that would be cool.
