Formation creator utility?

Does anybody out there have a nifto little utility for creating/modifying formation files? Cause if you do it would be spiftacular if you'd share it with me. http://forum.shrapnelgames.com/image...es/biggrin.gif

The SE4 Modder by DavidG has a good formation editor included.
