Wrong flag issue

I assume some of you have already noticed:

V 2.51, Scenario 143 "Soviet Glory", the southern russian infantry platoons appear with the west germany flags if playing with the "ID-tags" preference on. (which I use almost entirely to identify inf units better)

Is there any fix for this issue?

The infantry units in the lower half of the map are east german troops and the flags are east german also. Notice the symbol on the flag that is missing from the west german flag.
