Confused about underwater attack
In an MP game I have control of an underwater province, and another army attacks with 45 Centaurs (Pan, obviously), and the 1 leader that my after attack report shows has no magic item to give himself and others the ability to go into water (like the goblet). How is this possible? There is no global spell up that would cause this.

Re: Confused about underwater attack
There is a special "water cult" theme option available to all nations when starting the game where any blessed units can enter the water.

Re: Confused about underwater attack
Also if the leader had alot of water magic then he can lead troops into the water.
OR it can be a bad map where a water province was marked wrong |
Re: Confused about underwater attack
Thanks, it has to be the "water cult" theme then. Because the leader is not magical at all (only priest lvl 2).

Re: Confused about underwater attack
push your dominion where his army is while hes in water, they will all drown.

Of course, that meant I started in the middle of the largest continent http://forum.shrapnelgames.com/images/smilies/Sick.gif |
Re: Confused about underwater attack
Well at least that was a "benefit" to me. And I loved that tactic of waiting until I took that nice rich water province for myself before you decided to take it from me. Grrrr!!
