Smaller winSPww2 downloads available?
 

I have winSPww2 on my main PC but would like to have it on my laptop.

My burner is busted, my jump drive is only 128MB, my laptop is not hooked up to the web or to my network...

Rather than fix any of the above right now, is winSPww2 available in smaller downloadable parts so I can easily move it and install to my laptop?

This may also be a better for those who don't have broadband.

Thanks... I have been a long term (many years) fan and supporter of Steel Panthers, particularly the SPCamo versions and fully intend to purchase a copy of the most recent CD in the near future. However, I will be moving to another country in a month or so and I'd rather wait until after the move. This is also the reason I haven't yet fixed the other road blocks to get this on my laptop.

Your only hope is to go to a library/friend/at work/cafe and dl'd then copy to a disc.

Or go buy a larger USB drive.

Problem solved...

I took the unzipped .exe file and rezipped it with WinZip 10.0 which lets you choose a maximum zip file size and allows you to split files. I split the zip file to two small jump drive friendly sizes, moved the two files to the laptop; then used WinZip to extract the zip and install the game.

All done and it appears to be working fine!!!
