Mods, sounds and more?

Is there a fansite where people have done work to make graphical mods or new sounds that one can download? if so can someone point the way?

I've heard some people working on stuff but they are not really posting anything. I think it is more for private projects and playing around with at this point.

someone posted a new infantry move sound, and a new garand firing sound you might want to check out.

I have also replaced my background battle music with ones from spwaw ( for personal use).
