Screen shoots from the retail version?

Hi,
The screen shoots are not working on the site, and I'm curious of how much better the retail version of winSPWW2 is then the free version. Trying to decide if I should by the retail version or not.

Have the units on the map higher resolution (colour depth?) or is just more of the map visible?

Map details any different?

I would really appreciate if someone could post some screen shoots from the retail version. So I can see for myself.

Screenshots on the Shrapnel site are working fine for me.
Does the computer you are using have restrictions?

I posted some screenshots over in the MBT forum, they're MBT, but should apply to WW2 as well.

Got my WinSPMBT CD in the mail, and I've been playing around with it a bit; will be posting several reviews and photos of how the extra features look and work.

First Question:
"Is it really worth paying for the resolution increase"?

The Image sizes are so huge because they're 255 color GIFs to retain the image quality. You can make your own opinion on the usefulness of higher resolutions from that.

Re: Screen shoots from the retail version?

Ok, thanks.

I tried another computer and from that one the screen shoots works. I'm still a bit confused why its not working on this one. I get this error message "PHP has encountered an Access Violation at 018F0AFD" which should be a server side error.

Anyway I have seen enough and I think I will buy the retail version.
