Q. about Path.txt file
 

After not playing the game for 6 months I have reinstalled it. I always finish a game and uninstall while waiting for SEV.

I am back and having ptoblems with the path.txt file. The mod launcher is giving me problems.

I am using the Expanded mod and have a folder in the game directory called "Expanded" so what should I put in the path?

I cannot get it to work. Do I put quotes - "c:....."?

I prefer to change the file instead of using the mod launcher.

Just put Expanded, no quotes or anything. What kind of problems are you having with the mod launcher?

The launcher works but the next time it is gone and I have to run it again. I'd rather only have to do it once.

I cannot wait for SEV!!!

Just create a shortcut to the launcher. I attached one of the many mod launchers available. It's zipped.

I haven't had a shortcut to SE4.exe in years, just to mod launcher. It works especially great for jumping right into savegames without having to go through the load game screen.

The path is relative.
none is the root of SE4.
