If someone boosts their mineral production rate, will that affect remote mining? Or components that generate points from nothing?

If someone boosts their Research rate, will that affect research points generated from components?

The points from nothing is not affected by anything at all.

Remote mining is not affected by racial traits, culture, system-wide abilities, or anything at all besides the ability of the miner and the value of the planet being mined.
