No need to create another topic on the same issue. Like Phoenix-D said in the first thread the easiest way is to simply to re-install the game.

First uninstall Starfury. I'm pretty sure there's uninstall shortcut in the start menu group or atleast in the game folder. After that simply install the game again and the Homefront 1 campaign should work again.

If you don't want to re-install the game you need to tell us more about what exactly did you do to make the game crash. Or atleast what kind of error message you're getting. Run the game in Windowed mode and you should be able to see the error messages which are usually hidden in full screen mode.

Also;
Never edit the stock files.

Simply copy the whole Homefront folder and rename it to make your mod.
Then you can edit away to your heart's content, and always have the originals to fall back on.
