Windows98 vs. 98SE

How do I tell which of these is installed?

Find the "My Computer" icon, right-click it, click "Properties", see the "General" tab (the one it generally starts on), and see how it says:
<font class="small">Code:</font><hr /><pre>System:
Microsoft Windows 98
Second Edition</pre><hr />
Well, if it doesn't say, "Second Edition", it isn't.

Thanks. Turns out to be plain Win98. Which probably means I can't fix the current problem without upgrading. Sigh.
