Water Depth

What's the easiest way to change water depth? When placing down a water hex it is set to -3 by default. Is there a way to set down -1 water depth so men can wade through it? http://forum.shrapnelgames.com/image...s/confused.gif

Re: Water Depth

Water hexes are "lake" hexes which are that depth by default for lakes and sea, exept where a beach is made. beach has graduated depth beside the sand hexes.

You may be able to adjust the height of lake hexes individually with the "adjust height" key (*).

Re: Water Depth

The simplest way to create a long -1 section on a water hex is to add a single hex of base level terrain through the water and you will get a section of water that is -1 and it will show up as "ripples" in the water.
