Darkness Power

How exactly does this mechanic work? How much are the unit that has Darkness Power stats boosted during Darkness?

I don't know. I haven't played a nation that could use both Darkness and blood creatures. LA Mictlan might be able to do something with that, as the Atlantians can see in the dark. Hmm, Abysians have 50% Darkvision as well. Blood-based Abysia strategy could well use Fiends of Darkness.
