v135d Klingons and Romulans have been posted in Race/Ships mods/archive.

In all of my play tests (high difficulty low bonus), this Version of the Klingons and Romulans consistently head the AI pack (including such good AI's as the XiChung and Sergetti).

Hope you find them as impressive and challenging.

God Emperor your posted basic files also have filler techs in the research files (at least for the Klingon)!

Yep, received requests from a few people. A v135 TechArea file is included which only has one mod, the addition of the Filler tech's....

Do you know if the AI in Atrocities Klingon and Romulan are identical to these files? He referances using your AI.

Its the AI Versions from the TDM pack for GE's Romulan/Klingon races.
