Some questions

1.Is there a chance to get a highscore list in SEIV?

2.Enemy ships sometimes shot through my shields without shild-skipping weapons.
Bug?

3.If I shot Rockets at a distance of 7 fields
the enemy does not fly away, he flies to my ships even if the enemy has no chance to fire!( Have tryed it with Rocket lev1 and 2 )

not really. Each game is independent, and conditions change too much between maps to have a meaningful "high score". If you look under the politics menu, use "scores" to see how your race is doing compared to everybody else, or "comparisons" for the same thing in graph form.

Bug?

Sounds like they used phased polaron beams those go through normal shields, so you need to research phased shields.
Null-space goes through shields and armor, same with temporal shifter. Some other weapons skip shields or armor separately.

The enemy is probably trying to get in weapons range. He can't do that by running away. If the other ships survive your attack, they could get close and tear you apart with the more efficient (powerful) close range beam weapons.

Re: Some questions

2.I mean no phased or null space weapons.
Enemy ship has 5 anti ship weapons. First hit my shields, secornd my ship,3. missed, 4.+5. hit my shields. So the second shot moved through my shields!

3. When I use missiles at a range of 6 or 8, the enemy try to get out of my missile range ( only the ship I fired at ). If I fires at a range of 7 the enemy fly dumb toward me, even if he use Energy Weapons with a range of 2 and when he has no chance to hit me.

Look: Enemy 11 fields away. I move 4 fields toward his ship =7 fields away. Fire my rockets.Turn over. Enemy flies 3 fields toward me ( his maximum )=4 fields. No chance to fire at me, but perfect for my rockets. Now I fly away ( 4 fields ) he flies 3 field toward me= distance of 5 fields. After 3 Turns rockets reloaded and my ship is 7 fields away, same procedure ( as every year )

3: Well, the AI has to make a decision. To run, and never have a hope of hurting you, or to charge, and try to pin you into a wall before they die.
They've clearly got a big problem with the types of weapons they chose when they built the thing...
Once PDCs show up, the tactic will improve. The charge towards you will get the PDCs firing at your missiles. When the missiles move, the PDCs will get a second chance to attack before the remaining missiles hit.

Things should improve when the AI gets all its basic techs started.

Well, OK. give me some info. A list of the weapons/defences/special components would be good. How much damage you took from each hit, etc.

That's a bit odd... I wonder why the target flys away when he's at range 6 or 8 from the missile; have you tested at range 5 (or even closer) to see if it's an even vs. odd thing?
