The search function works if you put a + before EVERY word you want to find. If you don't do this, it'll show you everything with any one of the search words. "+font +changing" or something similar would probably work.

+font +change .. doesn't ..
+change +font .. doesn't ..

"font type" (with "") .. does !!
+change +"font type" .. does as well :/
