I finally got my Dom3 and it\'s awesome!
 

I preordered it, so imagine my joy as i finally get my hands on the shiny, shiny new Dom 3 CD yesterday morning. Almost made me forget about the annoying fact that i've been without internet for a few days because of some T-Com problems.
Anyway, now after some hours of gameplay (incredibly many hours actually, considering the fact that i have the game for just about 36 hours) i wholeheartedly want to thank the devs and the people at shrapnel for making this game. Thanks! http://forum.shrapnelgames.com/images/smilies/cool.gif
I'm a bit sad that my absolute favorite dom 2 nation, soulgate ermor, didn't really make it into dom 3, but other than that, it's pure joy.
Now i'm off to sucker as many of my friends into buying it as i can. And then i'll have to get them to bet a case of beer or so on the outcome of our next few games. http://forum.shrapnelgames.com/image...es/biggrin.gif

Soulgate isnt completely gone, now its a national spell for LA ermor.

No i ordered from IXsoft. I just forgot about the (relatively) new law that all games that have not been tested and certified for an age range are automatically classified 18+ only and require age verification. And ixsoft somehow couldn't email me. (Though their reply email to my question arrived just fine. *shrug*)

Yes there is the soulgate spell, but it's pretty bad imo. And it's expensive and it's a national summon and it's conjuration 8. Besides, i don't like zombies, ghosts are much cooler. Before the release i was hoping ashen empire'd be MA and soulgate LA. Ah well, at least my second favorite nation (T'ien Chi) got a nice boost. http://forum.shrapnelgames.com/images/smilies/happy.gif

But with soulgate as a spell, you can play ashen empire and cast soul gate for a very very hard to beat (but late game, since its conjuration 8) combo.
