Global Enchantments Limit

Is there a simple way to raise the number of global enchantments that can be in play?

Yes you'll need to kidnap the developers of Illwinter then bribe them with gold, beer and blood slaves. Only a combination of all three will convince them in providing this option... well at least that's what it says in my Dominions_3 manual.
