Unreachable Province ???
 

This is odd.

I found a province that it totally surrounded by mountains (it shows no yellow lines when the [8] key is toggled). Does this mean

[a] this province cannot reached by walking (ie, only flyer units and magic can take you their)

OR

[b] that the province is totally unreachable for the entire game.

But will the juggernauts spread dominion outside that province? I don't think so...

A good place for an astral or air nation research center, but hard to take as army teleport spells don't work.

Unless you parachute in an air queen with the SoS and Wrathful Skies. >D

(Granted, by that stage, one more province should make little difference...)

Yes the location would be great if it was somehow captured early... say a strong pretender with easy researched buffs. And then a castle to recruit commanders for researching and then some domes to protect the province.
