Holy avenger squad
 

Hi,

Does someone knows what are the stats of the energy attack of holy avenger?

I want to try for fun an elite team of Blessed Lizard kings, all with holy avenger http://forum.shrapnelgames.com/images/smilies/happy.gif They just have to smite until hand-to-hand combat (Air bless for air shield) and then fight.

I think its just the same as smite but i could be wrong.

In a communion, does Holy Avenger affect communicants?

It should do. If you want to do lots of dmaage to an enemy you could try massed communicants (pythium would probably be best) with holy avenger, phoenix pyre and an earth bless (to recover fatigue). They could run in, let off some divine smiting when they are hurt then explode when killed.

If Holy Avenger does apply to communicants, would the penetration be based on the original caster's skill, which would be boosted by the Communion?
