Is this game available for download when you purchase it through the shrapnel store or mail only? I'm in the mood for an impulse purchase hehe.

No impulse purchase here. You cannot download.

BUT

This game is fantastic, I highly recommend it, well worth the 2-3 day wait for it to pop through your mailbox. There are lots of multiplayer games going on (I am in 6 currently) and the AI is a decent challenge. The depth is awesome, 60+ nations, I have had the game 2+ months and have only played 1/2 a dozen nations.

This is a game you can lose your life too for the next 2 years or so. I rate it about 96% overall and that's after 2 months constant play.

Thanks for the reply. I'll keep it in mind for after the holidays, this is my last weekend for gaming until things break loose with parties and traveling.

Hopefully if any of the marketing types read this, digital download is a nice distribution method especially when your title isn't on store shelves!

Definitely the best turn-based game I've ever played, and I've been intensely involved in playing, roleplaying, and designing games for my entire life.

Honestly, it's amazing I even have a job.
