ScoreWeighting.txt Knowledge Base Thread

Any info on this particular file would be greatly appreciated. Such as; Are all the listed categories included in the "score"? Does - 0.0 - mean no? Thanks

Playing around with the "Score Weighting" data file revealed this. With 43 listed categories, only 14 are used for generating your score. The range is from 1 to 200 (tech lvls). I was suprised to see things like "Number of Colonies" = 0 while "Total Mothballed Ship Tonnage" = 2.
Maybe I am misreading how this works, if not, I certainly think "we" can build a better file. Any thoughts? Thank you.

My first attempt at "improving", ok, changing the "ScoreWeighting" file. If you use it, I would appreciate any & all critisms. Thanks
